Track editing is back, plus two more fixes

For about two days in late September, adding or editing a track, saving a release date, or uploading an MP3 could fail with an error, even though nothing was ever lost. That is fixed now, so if you gave up partway through a release, go back and finish it. Two smaller fixes ride along: collaborator payout requests now wait their turn, and sign up on the website matches the iPhone app.

What's included

Track editing restored

For about two days (28 to 30 September) adding or editing a track, saving a release date, or uploading an MP3 could fail with an error. That is fixed, with no changes to any track or release you already had.
One payout request at a time

If you are a collaborator on a split, you can no longer submit a new payout request while an earlier one is still waiting on approval. The Request Payment button explains why until the first one clears.
Sign up matches the app

Creating an account on the website is now a two step flow that matches the iPhone app's onboarding.
