Sign-up now confirms your age, with guardian consent for 16 and 17

When you sign up, you now enter your date of birth so we can confirm you meet the minimum age of 16 to open an account. If you're 16 or 17, a parent or guardian adds their name and email and agrees to the Terms alongside you. This keeps your account on solid legal footing from day one.
