Your Toolbox pitch history page works again, plus one more fix

If you had ever pitched a release to a playlist, opening your pitch history in the Toolbox used to crash the page. That is fixed, so your pitch history loads again. We also fixed the AI Tool Disclosure section on the track editor, which was showing unreadable text in dark mode.

What's included

Pitch history tab fixed

Opening playlist pitch history in your Toolbox no longer crashes the page. Your full pitch history loads again.
AI disclosure readable in dark mode

The AI Tool Disclosure section on the track editor now uses the same dark theme as the rest of your dashboard, so the text is no longer invisible.
Nothing else changed

Both fixes are purely visual and page-loading corrections. Nothing about your pitches, submissions or account changed.
